List MasterTerms of Use

These terms cover your use of List Master, made by Wilky Productions. By creating an account or using the app, you agree to them.
Your account
You sign in with your email address. Keep access to that email secure — anyone who can read it can sign in as you. You’re responsible for what’s added to your lists and for who you choose to share with.
Free trial and subscriptions
- New accounts get a 14-day free trial with full access. No payment details are needed to start it.
- After the trial, List Master needs a subscription: Solo (one person) or Duo (you and the one person you share with), billed monthly or yearly through your Apple ID.
- Subscriptions renew automatically each month or year (whichever you chose) unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Manage or cancel in Settings → your name → Subscriptions.
- Lifetime plans are one-time purchases: Lifetime Solo covers your account and Lifetime Duo covers you and the one person you share with, for as long as List Master is offered, with no renewals.
- Founding Member (when offered) is a one-time, discounted Lifetime Solo purchase for a limited number of early members. It covers one account; a person you share with needs their own plan.
- Without an active trial or subscription, your lists stay viewable but can’t be changed.
- Refunds are handled by Apple under its policies.
- Prices may change; any change applies from your next renewal, and Apple will let you know first.
App Store purchases are also governed by Apple’s Standard End User License Agreement.
Trip planning information
Campground availability, booking-window times, weather and place recommendations come from third-party sources and can be wrong, late or change without notice. Always confirm with the official reservation site before relying on them. List Master isn’t affiliated with Recreation.gov, ReserveCalifornia, KOA or any campground, and can’t book sites for you or guarantee availability.
Acceptable use
Don’t use List Master to break the law, to store content you don’t have the right to, or to interfere with the service (for example, automated scraping or attempts to access other people’s lists). We may suspend accounts that do.
The service
We work to keep List Master running and your data safe, but it’s provided “as is” without warranties, and to the extent the law allows, Wilky Productions isn’t liable for indirect or consequential losses (like a missed booking) from using it. Our total liability is limited to what you paid for List Master in the 12 months before the claim.
Ending
You can delete your account at any time from the ⓘ info panel. If these terms change in a meaningful way, we’ll update the date above and let you know in the app.
