List MasterDelete your List Master account

You can delete your List Master account (by Wilky Productions) yourself at any time, from the iPhone app, the Android app or the website. It takes effect immediately and can’t be undone.
How to delete your account
- Open List Master and sign in.
- Tap ⓘ in the top right, then Your account.
- Tap Delete my account and confirm.
Can’t open the app? Email support@getlistmaster.com from the email address you sign in with, with the subject “Delete my account”. We’ll delete it and reply to confirm, within 7 days.
What’s deleted
- Your account: your email address and the name you set.
- Your private lists: to-dos, shopping lists, trips, packing lists, meal plans and campground plans.
- Your trip journal, including its notes and photos, and any links you made to share journal trips.
- Notification sign-ups for your lists, your friends list, pending friend requests and your inbox.
What’s kept
- Lists you shared with another person stay with them — they’re theirs too. Copies of trips you sent friends stay in their apps.
- Backups: copies in our nightly backups are removed automatically within 14 days.
- Subscriptions: deleting your account doesn’t cancel an App Store or Google Play subscription — cancel it in your iPhone’s Settings → your name → Subscriptions, or in the Google Play Store → Payments & subscriptions. Apple, Google and RevenueCat keep their own purchase records, as the law requires.
- Error reports (which never contain your lists) are cleared automatically as newer ones come in.
Deleting some of your data
You don’t have to delete your account to remove things:
- Delete any item, list, trip or journal entry (and its photos) in the app — it’s gone right away.
- Turn off notifications in ⓘ → Notifications, which removes this device’s sign-up.
- Remove a friend in ⓘ → Friends, or stop sharing a list with its Share switch.
